FinoMRP collects Shopify store data only as needed to provide inventory, purchasing, forecasting, production planning, and agent-assisted workflow features. Depending on the permissions a merchant grants and the features they use, this can include store identity, products and variants, inventory levels, locations, orders or order context, fulfillment and purchasing context, and other operational data needed to calculate stock and production recommendations.

FinoMRP requests access only for data needed to operate the app. If a feature requires additional Shopify permissions, the merchant must authorize those permissions before the feature can use the related data.

Merchants may provide information directly when they configure the app, join a waitlist, contact support, upload operational data, create suppliers or bills of materials, add purchasing and production notes, or invite team members. This can include account contact details, business details, supplier details, app settings, forecasts, bills of materials, purchase orders, manufacturing orders, support messages, and operational notes created in the app.

We may also collect technical data such as authentication events, app usage logs, device and browser information, error reports, and security audit records so we can operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the service.

If merchant workflows include customer order context, FinoMRP processes that information only as needed to provide MRP, stock planning, order planning, support, and related service functionality for the merchant. We do not collect payment card details from buyers.

FinoMRP does not place storefront advertising cookies or use buyers' personal data for advertising. If future customer-facing features require additional collection, we will update this policy before those features are used.

We use collected information to authenticate merchants, provide the app, calculate and explain inventory and production recommendations, prepare draft operational actions for merchant review, maintain security, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and improve product reliability.

We do not sell merchant or customer personal data. We do not use merchant store data for third-party advertising.

FinoMRP uses merchant-authorized store and operational data to generate MRP explanations, shortage checks, draft purchase or production actions, and related recommendations. These outputs are intended to support merchant review and decision-making, not to replace merchant judgment or approval.

We do not sell merchant or customer personal data, and we do not use merchant store data for third-party advertising. If AI service providers are used to process app data, they are used to provide FinoMRP functionality and are not authorized to use merchant or customer personal data for their own advertising purposes.

We share information only with service providers that help us host, secure, monitor, support, and operate FinoMRP, or when required by law. These providers are authorized to process information only for the services they provide to us.

If FinoMRP connects to Shopify or other merchant-authorized systems, data is exchanged through the permissions and integrations the merchant approves.

We retain merchant and store data for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain business records, resolve disputes, meet security and legal obligations, and support backups. When a merchant uninstalls FinoMRP or requests deletion, we delete or anonymize personal data unless we are required to retain it for legitimate legal, accounting, security, or compliance reasons.

FinoMRP is designed to respond to Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks and data-rights workflows where they apply, including requests related to shop deletion, customer data access, and customer data erasure.

FinoMRP and its service providers may process and store information in countries other than the merchant's country of residence. When required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal data.

Depending on where they are located, merchants and individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal data. Merchants can contact us to make a privacy request, and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

Merchants are responsible for handling requests they receive from their own customers, and FinoMRP will assist merchants with applicable requests involving data processed by the app.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep protections appropriate to the data we process.

We may update this privacy policy as FinoMRP changes or as legal requirements evolve. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date.
